University School of Milwaukee’s educational-based athletic programs are built on the foundational principles of teamwork, commitment, sportsmanship, discipline, and leadership. Our no-cut policy affords all USM students the opportunity to participate in multiple sports and develop valuable life skills that serve our athletes on the field of play and beyond. Our athletes have not only participated, but thrived competitively, earning 49 team and individual state championships since joining the WIAA in 2000, along with 11 WHSFHA field hockey championships and two Wisconsin Lacrosse Federation championships.
