Corbin McGuire and Matt Roadhouse Named Interim Co-head Hockey Coaches
University School of Milwaukee has named Corbin McGuire and Matt Roadhouse as interim co-head varsity hockey coaches for the 2020–21 hockey season. Assistant Head of School Gregg Bach coordinated the search process, which included input from both outgoing Director of Athletics Luke Houdek and the school’s newly hired athletic director, Tim Williams, who will begin that role in May.

“We received strong interest from experienced coaches,” said Bach. “During the extensive interview process with Corbin and Matt, we learned more about their strengths and passion for USM hockey and we believe they are the most qualified to lead our hockey program next year.”

McGuire and Roadhouse have extensive experience with USM’s hockey program, having both served as assistant coaches with the team. In addition, Williams has firsthand experience with a varsity co-coaching approach in his current role at Princeton Day School.

"Having been a part of the USM hockey program both as a player and then coach for the last 11 years, this program has always been very special to me,” said Roadhouse. “I am honored to be named as a co-head coach. I am excited to get to work for our student-athletes and to see what the next season brings."

"I am extremely humbled and very honored,” said McGuire. “Our community can expect a program that will emphasize excellence in the classroom and compete with energy, passion, skill, and integrity to compete for championships. It is my privilege to continue the storied hockey tradition that exists here at USM."
